What is digital scanning?

Digital scanning is using a digital scanner to create a digital model of your teeth to electronically send to the lab. At Eric Heim Dental, we are able to use the Medit i700 so we do not have to use the traditional impression material that can cause gagging.

What do you use the digital scanner for?

We are able to make night guards, sleep appliances, crowns, and clear aligner orthodontics.
